The ‘survivor’ 47 Auction Comes Back Into Play But A Player Is Sent Packing. Who Was Voted Out This Week?

This week, a “Survivor” classic element returned for the contestants of Season 47: The “Survivor” auction.

As with all things in the new era of the long running reality competition show on CBS, the auction had a twist.

The money tubes were placed all over camp on the island where the players live and they had to race to look for them with varying amounts of money.

During the auction, the host Jeff Probst picked a number from a bag to decide how many items would be displayed and the player who had the least amount of money left would lose their vote at the tribal council.

Products in the auction episode, which they named “He’s All That,” were macaroni and cheese, French fries with a twist, chicken wings, and a grub-eating challenge for a breakfast meal.

And as it is in every “Survivor” episode, one player was sent to the jury, voted out and has to go home.

Here are the results of the voting after the tribal council of “Survivor” Season 47, Episode 8. In ‘Survivor’ Season 47, Episode 7, who left the show?

Sam Phalen had no vote in the individual immunity challenge following being the player with the most money at the end of the auction.

Before the challenge, which involved holding a bucket with 25% of players’ pregame body weight on a rope, the show’s host Jeff Probst informed the players that only one man and one woman would win an individual immunity idol, which means that the remaining nine players are up for elimination.

For the third consecutive episode, Kyle Ostwald was the winner for the men. Sue Smey, the oldest player this season, won for the women.

Members of different alliances were indecisive on whom to evict, including Andy Rueda, a former member of Gata tribe and an alliance member of Phalen and Sierra Wright who betrayed them to join the majority.

In a second round of voting, the majority of players voted to eliminate Wright, who became the first member of the Season 47 jury, which will ultimately determine the winner.

Which Player Left The ‘survivor’ Last Week?

In the immunity and reward challenge, the contestants were split into two groups and Probst informed the players that only one of the teams would be safe.

The last person standing would be protected from the vote and the other group would go to tribal council and eliminate a player.

The yellow group won the challenge and consisted of: Sol Yi, Sam Phalen, Andy Rueda, Teeny Chirichillo and Genevieve Mushaluk.

The blue group, which lost, was made up of: Sue Smey, Rachel LaMont, Gabe Ortis, Caroline Vidmar, Tiyana Hallums and Kyle Ostwald.

Ostwald did get individual immunity which means he will be safe in the game. The two groups were split as the blue group stood ready to cast votes at the tribal council.

During the reward, Yi saw an idol near the food, which enabled him to use it to cast votes on a player in the group.

Yi sent the advantage, which allowed safety without casting a vote, to LaMont, the only player in the group not from the former Lavo tribe and thus the obvious choice for the boot.

This put the tribal council into disarray as the remaining players pondered on who to vote out. Finally, the majority chose Tiyana Hallums, a 27 year old flight attendant from Oahu, Hawaii.
